To order your repeat prescription, please fill in the form below.
All repeat Prescription requests will be authorised by a vet. The vet will examine your records and ensure the medication is ok to dispense, however a consultation is required every 6 months to physically examine your pet.

- * Allowing 24 hours for your prescription to be ready for collection – to ensure we have the medication in stock
